Exception Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive:

• A product with a manufacturing defect, or

• An incorrect item from what was ordered

please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear images and the original packaging. Each concern will be reviewed with care, and a resolution will be offered at the sole discretion of the brand.
